The first thing you need to do is to uninstall the camera driver. Follow these steps:
1) On your keyboard, press Win+R (the Windows logo key and the R key) at the same time to invoke the Run box.
2) Type “devmgmt.msc” into the Run box and click OK to open Device Manager.
3) In Device Manager, expand the category “Imaging devices” (in some cases, the category could be “Cameras“). Right-click on the camera device and select Uninstall device.
Step 2: Reinstall the camera driver
Once the uninstallation is done, click Scan for hardware changes in the top menu then the driver will be reinstalled automatically.
If the driver doesn’t reinstall, restart your computer to allow Windows to reinstall the driver again.
