Netflix Audio Video Out of Sync? Here’s How to fix it.

Method 1: Change video quality settings on Netflix

Once Netflix audio is out of sync with video, to fix the problem, you can try to change the video quality settings on Netflix. Here’s how to do it:

1) Open Netflix website.

2) Hover cursor over your profile icon in the top right corner and select Account.

3) Under Playback Settings, set the video quality to Average.

4) Check to see if the Netflix sync issue is resolved.


Method 2: Change sound settings

Some users have reported that they had resolved the problem by unchecking Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device. Here’s how to do it:

1) Right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select Sounds.

3) Select the Advanced tab, and in the Exclusive mode section, uncheck Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device, then click Apply -> OK to save the changes.

Method 3: Update graphics card drivers

The Netflix sync issue can be caused by faulty graphics card drivers. You can try to update the graphics card drivers and see if the problem persists.

To update the graphics card drivers manually, you can google the graphics card’s name, then go to the support page for the manufacturer, where you can find and download the graphics card drivers. Then you can double-click on the downloaded driver file, and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver on your computer.
