When you see bluetooth not showing up in the Action Center, there are two scenarios you may be facing.

Method 1: Enable bluetooth in Action Center from Settings
Since the bluetooth icon is missing from Action Center, it’s possible the settings in Windows don’t allow it to show up in Action Center. You can check the settings and enable it manually if you need. To do so:
1) Press Win+I keys to open the Settings window.
2) Click on Devices.
3) Click on Bluetooth & other devices in the left pane. Then in the right pane, under “Related settings‘, click on the More bluetooth options link.
4) Under the Options tab, check the box next to Show the bluetooth icon in the notification area. If it’s already checked, skip this method.
5) Click Apply-> OK to save the changes.
Method 2: Enable bluetooth in Action Center from File Explorer
Another way to enable bluetooth in the Action Center is through File Explorer. Here’s how to do it:
1) Open File Explorer.
2) Open C:\ -> Windows -> System32
3) Right- click on fsquirt.exe and select Pin to Start.
4) Select either Send files or Receive files, then click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure.
If the bluetooth icon is still not showing up in the Action Center, it’s possible that there’s something wrong with the connection between the bluetooth device and the system. The following methods may help resolve the problem.
Method 3: Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter
Whenever bluetooth is not working properly, running a troubleshooter might help find and fix the problem for you.
You can follow these steps to run bluetooth troubleshooter to fix the “bluetooth not in Action Center” problem.
1) Press Win+I keys to open the Settings window.
2) Select Updates & Security.
3) Click Troubleshoot in the left pane. Then in the right pane, click on the Additional troubleshooters link.
4) Under “Find and fix other problems”, click Bluetooth -> Run the troubleshooter.
5) Follow the on-screen instructions to find and fix the problem.
6) Once the process completes, restart your computer and check to see if the bluetooth icon shows up in the Action Center.
Method 4: Enable Bluetooth Support Service
To fix the “bluetooth not in action center” problem, you can check and enable the Bluetooth Support Service. Follow these steps:
1) Press Win+R keys to open the Run box.
2) Type “services.msc” into the Run box and click OK to open the Services window.
3) Double-click on Bluetooth Support Service to open the Bluetooth Support Services Properties window.
4) In the General tab, set the Startup type as Automatic, then click Apply -> OK to save the changes. If it’s been set as Automatic, restart the service.
